ACCESSING YOUR MEMBER PORTAL

When logging in or creating your new member portal, use the steps below to guide you through the process:

*no matter the length of your membership, if you have not logged in or created a password for your member portal before, you will not have access to your portal.*

1

If you have already accessed your member portal before, click the "Member Portal" red button in the very top right corner of the website or.

*note: this step is if you have completed setting up your password and have logged into your portal before

2

Haven't logged into your online member portal before? No matter the length of your membership, an account password will need to be made to allow you access to your member portal. Once accessing the member portal login page using the button above or the "Member Login" button in the top left corner of the website, click the red "Create One" in the bottom left corner under "Don't have an account?"

3

A new page will open, where it will ask you to enter in your first name, last name, and email.

*Note: you will need to enter in the email associated with your membership to be able to access your portal. If you no longer have access to that email or cannot remember which email is tied to your account, please call Cari Bergner at (410) 922-3426

4

After clicking submit, a pop-up will show stating "An account with that email exists." This is because you already have an active membership account that your portal is linked to. However, you have not set up your password for you to access your member portal yet. You will now need to create your password to be able to log into your new portal. Select "Click here to recover your username/reset password" underneath.

5

A new page will open where it will ask for you to provide the email associated with your membership. Once submitting your email, it will return back to the login page, and you will now be receiving an email to reset your account password.

*Note: it may take a few moments for this email to reach your inbox. If you do not receive an email after 10-minutes, check all of your other inboxes or call Cari Bergner at (410) 922-3426

6

Access the password reset email sent to your email and follow the instructions provided that will take you to the password reset webpage. This is where you can enter in the password you want for your member portal and then click "Submit."

7

The page will now return to the member portal login where you can now enter your username, which will be the email associated with your membership, and your newly created password. You will then have access to your member portal.
